When you use a form, we collect the information you provide: last name, first name, email, phone number, company, role, and the content of your message, depending on your profile.

This information is used to answer your questions, review your project, or handle your after-sales request. Required fields are needed to process your request; the others are optional.

These processing activities are based on our legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests or, depending on their purpose, on pre-contractual steps you request and performance of the relevant contract.

Your data is accessible to authorized teams and to the technical providers needed to process your request. When an introduction is required, only the useful information is shared with the relevant partner installer or distributor.

• General inquiries: 12 months after they are closed.
• Sales follow-up: 3 years from collection or from your last contact.
• After-sales files: while they are being handled, then archived for 5 years after closing to manage any disputes, unless a different legal period applies.
• Audience measurement data: 24 months at most, then deleted.

We use Umami to measure site traffic and improve how the site works. This tool does not use cookies. It collects, in particular, the pages viewed, the source of visits, and technical information about the browser and device.

This information is used only to analyze site audience. It is not matched with data submitted in forms, and it is not used for advertising.

Umami is hosted on our Railway infrastructure, in the Amsterdam region of the Netherlands.

The site is hosted by Railway Corporation, on servers located in Amsterdam, in the European Union. Railway may also carry out some processing in the United States.

We use Resend, a service published by Plus Five Five, Inc., to send emails related to incoming requests. This provider processes email addresses, message content, and delivery information in the United States.

The data processing agreements of Railway and Resend include, in particular, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses to frame the transfers concerned. You can contact us for information about these safeguards.

The site also uses Adobe Fonts to display its heading typefaces. Loading them connects to this provider’s servers and transmits your IP address.

Under the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data, as well as restriction of processing.

You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest and, at any time, to the use of your data for commercial prospecting.
